- Teams will exchange team sheets, then the captain of the team listed first in the draw will toss a coin for choice of colours.
- First named teams will be responsible for bringing full sets and clocks for
their match.
- Please note that all matches will start on time ( as per congresses ) at 7.15
p.m. First named teams should arrive by 7pm in order to set the boards up
in time. Failure to do this will result in clocks being started in the away teams
favour at 7.15.
- Please inform other members of your club of the event. Cleveland Individual Matches may be played at this event
- NOTE
A player may only play for one team in the cup( main or plate).
If you include someone who has played for another of your teams in an earlier round, then your team will be disqualified

Preliminary Round will be played at the first named venue unless you agree otherwise at a date to be mutually agreed with your opposing captain. However, it must be completed in order for the winners to play in round one on the 21st January.
The full draw and results so far will be sent to you over the Christmas period along with league results etc.
